He is well versed in cost estimating and analysis, project scheduling, trade coordination, material procurement, and project close out.

She is also a licensed Colorado real estate broker which means she has a great eye for valuable properties, and lots of connections to subcontractors, tradesmen, and specialty contractors that can help you get your house ready to sell for the best possible price, or renovate a house you have just purchased.
